As a

Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA)

on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals.

Employment setup: Part‑time, Hourly. Salary: $21‑23/hr. Work setting: Clinic‑based.

Schedule Monday, Thursday, Friday– 9:00‑12:30 and 3:00‑6:00. Tuesday, Wednesday – 3:00‑6:00. Please note that 3:00‑6:00 Monday to Friday availability is required for this role.

Daily Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions

Collect and graph data

Maintain client binders and materials

Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff

Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Uphold Centre policies and procedures

Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House

Attend Monarch House social and public events

Qualifications

Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Must be open to evening shifts until 7:00 PM

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA focused on the pediatric population
