As a leader reporting to the Director of Sales Compensation, you will oversee the entire variable incentive compensation process. Your role involves managing key metrics, preparing analytical reports, and ensuring compliance with audit cycles. By collaborating with multiple teams, you will support ongoing incentive compensation plans and drive operational efficiencies using advanced analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage variable incentive compensation calculations and payments • Oversee field staff lifecycle processes and reconciliations • Prepare and deliver analytical insights for sales management • Build and enhance reporting metrics within compensation systems • Lead the implementation of AI-enabled resources for process improvements
Requirements: • 3+ years in accounting/finance roles, CPA preferred • Solid analytical and organizational skills • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive process innovations
