Sr Project Manager (Waterloo)

Plan and launch new product development projects Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites Track progress and report to senior management Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met Support product deployment and early-life performance Conduct project-specific performance reviews Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements Prepare and lead NPI (Current Product Introduction) transitions What you must have: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree Required: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/software Required: Strong leadership and communication skills Required: 2+ years in product development under structured project management Required: PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK Required: Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools Advantage: Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support Salary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000 Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
