WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS - Lead the design of multi-dimensional models, including seat-based, consumption-based, and value-infused frameworks with company’s profit margin and customers expense predictability in mind - Partner with various BU Product Management to evaluate and strategize the right bundling approach that makes our AI offers irresistible. - Benchmark our strategy against hyperscale’s, AI-first startups and other key industry competitors to ensure we remain a market leader. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED - Experience: 5+ years in B2B software pricing and packaging. - Expertise: Deep familiarity with SaaS monetization and usage-based metrics. - AI Advantage: Prior experience pricing AI features or models (a major plus!). - Education: MBA with a hybrid tech/business background - Communication: Strong ability to present complex data as a clear, compelling story. - Analytical: MSFT Office power user. Salary Range: $118,000 - $168,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
