Sales Development Representative (Waterloo)

Job Description: RECODemand is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities and support our account executives. In this role, you will connect with warm prospects, including previous event ticket holders and professionals already familiar with our brand, with the goal of booking qualified meetings for the sales team. You will be making outbound calls, following up with prospects, learning how to qualify opportunities, and working closely with an Account Executive to help grow their book of business. This role is perfect for someone who is competitive, personable, organized, and excited to start a career in sales. Responsibilities - Proactively reach out to warm prospects, including past event ticket holders, real estate agents and mortgage brokers - Start conversations, build rapport and create genuine interest in how RECODemand can help prospects grow their business - Qualify prospects by asking thoughtful questions, understanding their goals and identifying whether they are a strong fit for our sales team - Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for Account Executives - Partner closely with an Account Executive to support their pipeline, follow up on opportunities and help drive new business - Manage consistent follow-up through phone, email and CRM activity to ensure no opportunity is missed - Keep accurate and organized records of calls, conversations, prospect details and booked meetings in the CRM - Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets - Collaborate with the sales team to test messaging, improve outreach strategies and share feedback from the market - Receive ongoing coaching and hands-on training to sharpen your communication, prospecting and sales skills About RECODemand RECODemand helps real estate agents and mortgage professionals grow their businesses through high-quality sales conversations, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
