Mortgage Sales Agent (High-Income, Performance-Based – No Experience Required) Ardent Mortgages Inc. (FSRAO #13023) Serious applicants only. This is a commission-only independent contractor position. Our experience spans real estate, construction, private lending, and financial structuring. We focus on solving problems, not just quoting rates. This allows our agents to develop a deeper understanding of deals and build long-term value for clients. What Makes Us Different Most mortgage agents rely on referrals and wait for deals. We don’t. We provide: - Unlimited lead flow (no prospecting required) - A proven outbound calling system - Full infrastructure (CRM, underwriting, admin support) - Structured training and coaching This allows our agents to control their own pipeline and income. Income Potential - Average agent: ~$110,000/year - Top agents: $400,000 – $680,000+/year - Uncapped commission structure This is a performance-based role. Your results are directly tied to your activity and skill. What the Role Involves - High-volume outbound calling (this is a core part of the role) - Identifying client needs and structuring solutions - Converting conversations into mortgage applications - Managing files from application to funding - Working with A, Alt-A, and private lenders Training & Career Progression We don’t just “hire agents”, we build them. Your first months will include: - Direct training and shadowing with senior agents and leadership - Structured on-boarding focused on sales and call performance - Weekly training sessions (sales + product) Progression is performance-based: - Phase 1: Learn call structure and build consistency - Phase 2: Convert applications and manage deals - Phase 3: Operate independently with full pipeline ownership Who This Is For We are looking for individuals who are: - Driven and competitive - Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection - Motivated by income and performance - Disciplined and coach-able - Strong communicators with the ability to build rapport quickly Backgrounds that tend to perform well: - Sales (insurance, automotive, telecom, call centers) - Service/Hospitality (service centers, bar-tending, restaurant servers) - Athletics or competitive environments Who This Is NOT For - Referral-based mortgage agents - Passive or part-time candidates - Individuals uncomfortable with outbound calling - Those looking for a “relationship-only” sales role Requirements - Mortgage Agent Level 1 license (or willingness to obtain) - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment Compensation & Benefits - Commission-based compensation - No overhead costs (we cover systems, tools, support) - Health and perks plan fully covered - Office space, technology, and admin support included - Company events and team environment Important This role has a steep learning curve.
