Upsilon Global is partnering with a dynamic mid-size CRO advancing innovative Rheumatology and Dermatology programs. The Role We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee global clinical operations across Phase I–III trials. You will move beyond day-to-day delivery into a role that combines ownership, leadership, and visibility, ensuring studies are delivered efficiently while contributing to broader business strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead global study operations including timelines, budgets, and vendor oversight Take ownership of operational strategy and execution across multiple programs Collaborate directly with executive leadership on portfolio and development decisions Drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams Identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring delivery to key milestones Represent the organisation externally with confidence and authority Candidate Profile 8+ years of Project Management experience within a CRO setting Robust experience managing global Phase I–III trials Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams Experience in Dermatology and Rheumatology Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Looking to step into a role with greater visibility, ownership, and career progression Additional Strengths Experience within small to mid-size CRO environments Exposure to global, multi-region studies Advanced scientific or life sciences degree preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p7nok
