Sales Representative / Account Manager Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration & Building Automation Vamco Inc. is growing — fast. This is for someone who wants to - Build relationships - Open doors - Create opportunities - Manage projects and customers after the sale - Learn the technical side of the industry - Help grow one of Ontario’s fastest-growing HVAC/BAS companies What Vamco specializes in - Commercial & industrial HVAC service - Refrigeration & cold storage - Building Automation Systems (BAS) - Niagara 4 & Johnson Controls Facility Explorer systems - Energy optimization projects - Remote monitoring & analytics through our IMC (Intelligent Monitoring Centre) We service - School boards - Municipalities - Industrial facilities - Food processing plants - Retirement homes - Commercial buildings - Refrigerated warehouses - Property management groups With offices in - St. Catharines - Waterloo This Role This position combines: - Sales - Account management - Project coordination - Customer relationship management - Business development You will - Develop new customer relationships - Meet with facility managers, building owners, contractors, and operators - Quote and sell HVAC, refrigeration, BAS, and IMC solutions - Help manage projects after the sale - Coordinate internally with technicians and programmers - Follow up on service opportunities - Grow existing accounts - Help customers improve building performance and energy efficiency This is a role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and room to grow. We want someone who is - Extremely motivated - Eager to learn - Organized - Confident talking to people - Comfortable on job sites and in mechanical rooms - Able to build trust with customers - Driven to succeed financially and professionally Experience in HVAC, mechanical, controls, refrigeration, construction, or technical sales is an asset — but attitude matters more than experience.
