Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. Duties - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams. - Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Lead negotiations with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives. - Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of business development strategies. - Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution and client onboarding. Qualifications - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. - Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to support outreach efforts. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships. - Solid understanding of customer relationship management principles and techniques. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
