Overview TZA GREEK is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Line Cooks to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Greek cuisine in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of Greek dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling and cooking procedures comply with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout each shift Monitor food quality and presentation before serving Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and waste Assist with meal plating and garnishing to enhance visual appeal Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices Experience with food handling, serving, and restaurant operations is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Pay: $17.50-$23.00 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food In office parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pmels
