Position Overview Nuclear Clearance Required
We are seeking a hands-on End User Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for desktop, laptop, and end-user computing environments within a secure enterprise setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of hardware and software technologies while delivering excellent customer service to internal users. This role requires experience supporting Windows-based environments, performing device imaging and deployment activities, resolving technical incidents, and supporting users in fast-paced operational environments. Candidates must possess either an active Security Clearance or Nuclear Clearance, or be eligible to obtain the required clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Image, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices using enterprise imaging and deployment tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, printer, and application-related issues
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users for incidents and service requests
Perform device setup, user onboarding, hardware refreshes, and workstation deployments
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard enterprise software
Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, asset management, configurations, and support activities
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams or infrastructure teams when required
Support software installations, updates, patches, and troubleshooting activities
Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, and device lifecycle activities
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with organizational security and compliance requirements
Provide white-glove customer service and clear communication to end users and stakeholders
Participate in after-hours or onsite support activities as required
Skills&Qualifications
Active Security Clearance or Nuclear Clearance preferred
Experience providing end-user desktop and laptop support in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience imaging and deploying Windows devices using tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDT, or similar technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with asset management and device lifecycle support is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites if required
