Partner Support/Helpdesk Specialist ???? Location: Waterloo, ON ???? Employment Type: Full-time / Contract ???? Pay Range - $24 – $28/hour (Depends upon your experience) About the Role We’re looking for a Partner Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our partners using our online portal. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive partner experience by supporting onboarding, resolving inquiries, and ensuring partners can successfully access and use our systems. What You’ll Be Doing - Act as the primary contact for partner inquiries related to the partner portal - Provide front-line support, troubleshooting access and technical issues - Support partner onboarding, including account setup and access provisioning - Manage and respond to requests through a shared inbox/ticketing system - Process and track demo and trial requests to completion - Collaborate with internal teams (billing, operations, etc.) to resolve issues - Ensure timely responses while meeting
