Sales Designer (Waterloo)

If you have SALES TALENT, come work with us! As a DIRECT SALES CLOSER with Closets by Design, you will be helping our customers by creating and selling designs that suit their organizational needs. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE: - Minimum 1-2 year sales experience as a strong sales closer - A valid G license and reliable transportation. - A friendly attitude, and of course, great people skills - A desire to be creative and a willingness to learn - Commitment to following our sales model - Interior Design experience WHAT WE OFFER: - Pre-set appointments, so there’s no “cold-calling” - Ongoing coaching and training from a team of managers committed to helping you succeed - Excellent marketing materials - Ongoing design training to develop your knowledge and application of our product offerings JOB DUTIES: - Travel within your local area to attend in-home consultations - Gather information from customers regarding their space and organizational needs - Create designs that suit your customers organizational needs - Provide detailed and accurate pricing for your customers custom organizational solutions - Utilize your exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and develop a relationship with your customers during and after your design consultation - Complete customer follow-up calls and appointments on an ongoing basis via phone, email, and face-to-face contact - Submit explicit and accurate paperwork to the Closets by Design administrative team following each design consultation - Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor with customers and the Closets by Design support team at all times - Participate in redesign and repricing training, when necessary Learn more about our company and products on our website Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year - Supplemental pay types: - Do you thrive in a competitive sales market?
