In-Depth Quality Associate - Machining (Welland)

Become an In-Depth Quality Associate at INNIO in Welland, specializing in machining processes. Your role will center on ensuring product quality and collaborating on advanced manufacturing projects. In this position, you will report directly to the Quality Lead - Machining, tasked with executing various Quality Assurance activities. You will use your understanding of continuous improvement concepts to manage MRB-related processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Execute regulatory-compliant Quality Assurance activities - Support rework and concession processes - Compile nonconformance data for reporting - Assist machining cells with gauge support - Conduct calibration of test equipment Requirements: - Degree or diploma in a technical discipline required - Knowledge of SPC and quality problem-solving methods - Solid analytical and organizational skills - Experience with QDAS and quality processes preferred - Must work onsite during the afternoon shift Contribute to high manufacturing quality standards and continuous improvement at INNIO in Welland.
