General Labourer (Port Colborne)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a productive team. Responsibilities - Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed - Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects - Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite to ensure safety and organization - Help with moving supplies, tools, and other items around the site - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries - Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively - Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Qualifications - Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not required - Reliable transportation or means to commute to the worksite - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed This position offers an opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on work experience in a dynamic workplace.
