This fully on-site role combines leadership, safety management, and operational oversight for a 77-turbine wind farm. As the Service Site Manager, you will provide effective people-focused leadership to a team of eight wind turbine technicians. Your responsibilities will include performance evaluations, compliance with health and safety standards, and operational execution. Additionally, you will cultivate a positive team culture while strengthening client relationships and ensuring excellence in service operations.
