Pool Maintenance Technician (Fonthill)

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to manage weekly pool service routes and assist with seasonal start-ups. This is an independent role—you will be responsible for completing your assigned route efficiently and maintaining a high standard of work at each property. Key Responsibilities - Perform weekly pool maintenance: - Skimming, vacuuming, brushing - Water testing and chemical balancing - Complete spring start-ups and follow-up cleanings - Identify and report equipment or water issues - Log job notes, photos, and completion details using company software - Maintain clean and professional work practices KM reimbursement provided to cover use of personal vehicle (fuel, maintenance, insurance, depreciation) Consistent full-time hours available during peak season. Requirements - Full G driver’s license (required) - Reliable personal vehicle required (daily travel between job sites) - Ability to work independently and manage a service route - Strong attention to detail - Physically capable of working outdoors and handling equipment - Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking - Previous pool experience is an asset, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
