Rose City Chrysler is currently seeking a Financial Services Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting warranty and protection products, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process. This position offers a commission and bonus based pay structure. What would your day to day look like? · Act as the primary liaison with all financial institutions and lease sources, optimizing lending relationships · Utilize a sophisticated "menu selling" process to present financial service programs, protection packages, and warranty products · Oversight of the entire contract lifecycle to ensure all documentation is error-free and submitted for funding expeditiously · Leverage deep industry knowledge to secure financing for a diverse client base, including marginal credit profiles · Ensure 100% adherence to OMVIC, and all provincial/federal legislation What qualifications are we looking for? · 3 – 5 years of success as a Finance Manager in a high volume automotive environment · Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays to support peak delivery times · The ability to negotiate and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 and sub-prime lenders to secure high approval rates · Maintaining a "zero-error" rate on deal jackets to prevent funding delays and ensure regulatory compliance · Balancing high-performance sales with a transparent, consultative approach that aligns with our mission of honesty and loyalty · Staying ahead of fluctuating interest rates, manufacturer incentive programs, and evolving automotive fintech Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – Your performance will be evaluated on the following benchmarks: · Maintain or exceed a departmental average PVR target across both new and pre-owned units · Achieve specific targets for Extended Service Contracts (ESC), GAP insurance, and chemical/protection packages · Maintain top-tier department-specific CX scores as reported by manufacturers and internal audits · Ensure the CIT (Contracts In Transit) list is managed daily, with a target of securing funding within 24 hours of delivery · Maintaining a high efficiency rate in converting lender approvals into funded contracts.
