Pool Maintenance Technician Fonthill

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to manage weekly pool service routes and assist with seasonal start-ups. This is an independent role—you will be responsible for completing your assigned route efficiently and maintaining a high standard of work at each property. Key Responsibilities Perform weekly pool maintenance: Skimming, vacuuming, brushing Water testing and chemical balancing Complete spring start-ups and follow-up cleanings Identify and report equipment or water issues Log job notes, photos, and completion details using company software Maintain clean and qualified work practices KM reimbursement provided to cover use of personal vehicle (fuel, maintenance, insurance, depreciation) Consistent full-time hours available during peak season. Requirements Full G driver’s license (required) Reliable personal vehicle required (daily travel between job sites) Ability to work independently and manage a service route Strong attention to detail Physically capable of working outdoors and handling equipment Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking Previous pool experience is an asset, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
