Server/Waiter (Welland)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service throughout their dining experience - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials - Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism Experience: - Previous experience as a Server is a must - Fine dinning experience heavily preferred -wine knowledge an asset - Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences, we encourage you to apply for the position of Server with us.
