General Labourer (Wainfleet)

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. We are growing and are looking to add to our professional team. This role involves supporting our crew , maintenance, and operational tasks across our projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced workplace. Minimum 1 to 3 experience in paving, landscaping or a similar role. Training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to contribute are essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry and develop valuable skills for future career growth. Duties - Assist with loading and unloading machinery and equipment onsite - Support operators with their tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of project sites - Perform general manual labour such as raking, digging, lifting, and moving materials - Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision - Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment - Maintain a clean work space at sites - Support project teams in various tasks to meet project deadlines Experience - Prior experience is considered an asset - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods - Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality - Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well as part of a team - Basic understanding of construction or industrial environments is a plus but not mandatory - Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the paving. industry .
