You as a Project Manager, M&E Will
Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and ensure applicable activities fit within the overall project framework
Chair project M&E meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues
Monitor a project’s material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
Manage project commissioning team to provide a record of systems performance
Prepare and implement training programs to ensure successful transition from the construction team to facility management
Is this the right role for you?
You have an Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training and industry memberships.
Experienced in the management of the projects end to end i.e. scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.
You have 3 - 7 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions
The Salary Range for this job is $125,000-140,000
