Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to learning and adapting to our kitchen while having a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols, as well as an ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients for cooking. - Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety standards are adhered to. - Collaborate with team members. Skills and Experience - Previous experience in a full service restaurant is required. - Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the restaurant industry - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a courteous attitude under pressure. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality food preparation. - Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
