Quality Control Manager at Food Safety Facility (Port Colborne)

Ensure premium product quality as a Quality Control Manager in our emerging texturant facility. Uphold safety and compliance while leading quality assurance efforts. As the Quality Control Manager, you will report to the Head QA Manager while establishing and managing a quality control laboratory focused on Xanthan Gum products. Your responsibilities include supervising Quality Lab Technicians, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your attention to detail will help prevent substandard products from reaching customers.
