Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Greenhouse Workers to join our client's team. This role involves hands-on work in a greenhouse environment, where you will be responsible for working the assembly line packaging the product and other general labour duties as required. Responsibilities Quality Control and Packaging of cannabis products. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various gardening tasks, including pruning and transplanting. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment. Perform lifting as required for moving plants, soil, and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure productive workflow and high-quality plant care. Must drive as not on a bus route. Must complete at CRC check prior to starting. Must have CSA steel toe footwear. Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Robust work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor environments Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to various tasks as needed This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic work environment while contributing directly to project success.
