ABA Instructor Therapist (Fonthill)

Company Overview GAIN Learning Centre Inc. is dedicated to providing specialized ABA services to children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Fonthill. Our mission is to support the development and well-being of our clients through compassionate, evidence-based practices. Summary We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team in Fonthill. In this role, you will work directly with children and youth with ASD, implementing individualized therapy plans to foster growth and independence. Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. - Collaborate with team members, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistent support. - Support children during therapy sessions, encouraging engagement and skill development. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes. - Follow safety protocols, and programming as perscribed by clinicians. - Participate in ongoing training and career development activities. - Qualifications - Proven experience working with children diagnosed with ASD. - Knowledge of special education practices and behavioural intervention techniques. - Strong data collection and documentation skills. - Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills. - Certification in ABA or related field is required.
