As the Quality Control Manager, you will report to the Head QA Manager while establishing and managing a quality control laboratory focused on Xanthan Gum products. Your responsibilities include supervising Quality Lab Technicians, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your attention to detail will help prevent substandard products from reaching customers.
