Directly supporting the Executive Sous Chef, you will be entrusted with food preparation for events and restaurant service. Your duties will include maintaining a clean environment and helping with kitchen organization. Your adaptability and strong work ethic will contribute to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare dishes following established company standards • Perform food washing, chopping, and cooking duties • Maintain knowledge of daily and seasonal menus • Keep the kitchen environment clean and organized • Assist in food receiving and storage processes

Requirements:• Minimum of 1 year kitchen experience required • Ability to follow English instructions written and verbal • Food Handler’s Certificate is preferred • Dependability and punctuality in the kitchen • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
