As a Fraud Strategy Student, you will be part of a team where we:Use a wide range of payment, account, and behavioral dataDevelop and maintain fraud detection strategies within multiple detection platformsSustain fraud detection rates and false positives in line with business goalIdentify and respond to existing and emerging fraud trendsStay current on fraud technology and industry trends related to credit cards, mobile wallets, and other consumer payment solutionsLiaise with and provide analytical support to Fraud OperationsProvide analytical support on investigations as neededCollaborate with key business unitsWhat you bring:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related disciplineDemonstrated superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skillsProgramming experience (e.g. Python/SAS/R/SQL)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)Data visualization development using Tableau, or similar tooling, is an assetEffective communication skills, both oral and written, with the confidence and passion to share knowledgeHighly organized individual with excellent attention to detailSolid foundation of relevant technical skillsYou have compassion for the customer and curiosity about how things workThe ability to take acollaborative approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiencesDemonstrate behaviours of transparency, accountability, agility and learning from others that will support your successWe’re always looking for great talent!
