Use specialized equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning to maintain high‑quality cleanliness across all areas.Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting issues that require professional attention. Support commercial cleaning projects by following established protocols for cleaning large or complex spaces. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces with efficiency and attention to detail.Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role. Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not mandatory.Knowledge of commercial cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and climbing ladders as needed.
