Elevate food safety standards as a Quality Control Manager for our new texturant facility. Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality xanthan gum while maintaining a safe work environment. Reporting to the Head QA Manager, you will build and manage the quality control laboratory, focusing on achieving recertification in food safety and quality standards. Your expertise in both Analytical and Microbiology departments will be vital to ensure that no substandard products are shipped to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Quality Control Programs for xanthan gum production - Conduct internal audits for compliance with safety regulations - Oversee Quality Lab Technicians in Analytical and Microbiology Labs - Implement in-process controls for xanthan gum products - Train staff on safety and current methods per guidelines Requirements: - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant Life Science - Proven laboratory experience as a Quality Control Manager - Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems - Detail-oriented with a solution-based work approach - Willingness to travel for job training in Europe Lead the quality assurance effort to deliver top-notch products consistently.
