Key Responsibilities:• Monitor pest activity through field inspections • Identify and document pest species and impact levels • Develop customized IPM strategies for growers • Train staff on IPM techniques and beneficial insect application • Conduct demonstrations and maintain grower relations

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Agronomy, or related field • 4+ years experience in integrated pest management • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license for travel to client sites • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
