Key Responsibilities:• Lead a team of eight technicians towards operational goals • Promote health, safety, and compliance standards • Ensure reliable turbine service and performance tracking • Manage inventory and budget effectively • Liaise with stakeholders and site owners for smooth operations

Requirements:• Technical diploma in Electrical or Electromechanical fields • At least 5 years of leadership experience • Deep understanding of electrical/mechanical systems • Experience with SCADA and SAP systems • Ability to work at heights and in various conditions
