Syensqo Global Reliability Engineer Role (Welland)

Take your engineering skills to the next level at Syensqo as a Global Reliability Engineer, focused on enhancing Mechanical Integrity programs. Drive creative solutions and improve asset reliability for manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will lead the development and management of Mechanical Integrity programs at one or multiple sites.We need your expertise in early defect detection across piping systems, rotating equipment, and fixed vessels. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to improved equipment performance and reduced failures through structured methodologies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Mechanical Integrity programs for piping systems Lead compliance initiatives for TSSA and CSA B51 standards Review technical documentation and take necessary actions Support maintenance teams with critical equipment repair planning Conduct root cause failure analysis for major equipment failuresRequirements

Mechanical Engineer with P.Eng designation preferred Over 4 years in a chemical plant or similar industrial setting Familiarity with API 570 and relevant reliability standards Experience with CMMS and reliability information systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Enhance your engineering capabilities and drive improvements in reliability and performance at Syensqo.
