Customer Service Front Desk Associate, Welland

In this role, you will embody the values of Planet Fitness while working Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, answering calls, and assisting with membership functions. Your passion for customer service and reliable presence will enhance the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm at check-in • Promote a Judgment Free Zone on the club floor • Resolve member issues and escalate as necessary • Answer phones and assist with inquiries professionally • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and restrooms

Requirements:• 6-12 months in a customer service role preferred • Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified • Basic computer skills are essential • Must be punctual and dependable • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
