Strategic Director for Community Programming (Fonthill)

Drive community engagement and deliver impactful programming with the Town of Pelham! This full time role oversees key events, recreation planning, and collaborations in a diverse, hybrid work environment. As the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives, Programming, and Events, you will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. This leadership role requires strong operational oversight of programming across arts, culture, and park services, aligning with community needs through data-driven strategies. You will also manage budgets and ensure compliance with Town policies while fostering robust community partnerships.
