At Quails’ Gate Estate Winery, first impressions matter. We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Seasonal Landscape&Handyperson to support both our Landscaping and Maintenance teams in keeping the property guest‑ready throughout the season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives in a positive, team‑oriented environment. What You’ll Do:

Support the upkeep and appearance of estate grounds and outdoor spaces Assist with landscaping tasks, including planting, trimming, watering, weeding, and general property maintenance Perform basic repairs and maintenance projects across the estate Help ensure guest‑facing areas remain clean, safe, and welcomingWork independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Maintain a strong focus on safety, organization, and task completion What You Bring:

Previous experience with landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance and repairs Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take direction when needed Adaptable and comfortable working in different locations across the estateStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid Class 5 driver’s license Why Join Us?
