This role is responsible for managing lease maturities, retaining customers, and maximizing renewal opportunities while ensuring an outstanding client experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and track the dealership’s lease portfolio, including upcoming maturities - Proactively contact customers to discuss lease-end options (renewal, buyout, upgrade) - Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships - Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to structure competitive lease offers - Ensure all lease documentation and processes comply with dealership and manufacturer standards - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems - Monitor key performance indicators (retention rates, renewal conversions, etc.) - Assist with in-store and outbound marketing initiatives related to lease renewals - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease lifecycle **Qualifications** - Previous experience in automotive sales, leasing, or finance is preferred - Strong understanding of leasing processes and terminology - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset **What We Offer** - Competitive compensation plans - Clear opportunities for career development and progression - Collaborative team dynamic and Family-like atmosphere - Employee purchase plans and company discounts - Supportive work environment - Health and wellness initiatives - Exciting company events Your professional journey is more than a series of job titles and responsibilities and we encourage your application even if you don’t meet all the qualifications.
