Retail Sales Associate (Whitby)

Job Summary Since 1974 Starling Pools & Spa has been providing the Durham Region with superior customer service in pool and spa sales and service. Retail staff are responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service in all purchases and are first contact with customers seeking pool and/or spa services. Sales associates are trained in water chemistry and BioGuard chemicals to accurately perform water testing using the in-store water lab and recommend the appropriate chemicals and treatment to each customer. Job duties include Customer service at water lab, parts department, and cash desk; suggestive selling; maintaining store appearance; merchandising; stocking inventory; customer purchase carry out; and service scheduling. Please note, this position is seasonal with start dates May, and a layoff in August or September.
