Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Oggi Trattoria based in Whitby, ON. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and consistency. They will manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and ensure an efficient, clean, and collaborative work environment while fostering a passionate culinary team to deliver a superior dining experience.
