Description
Join our team as a Part-Time Shipping/Receiving Administrator at the Retail Support Centre in Whitby, Ontario. This role involves administrative support and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving operations. This position is a 6-month contract with shifts from Thursday to Monday, 7 am to 3 pm. You’ll provide essential support to Team Leaders and the Operations Team by managing orders, preparing load sheets, and enhancing customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to effective communication will foster a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Complete and release scheduled orders using EXE system • Prepare trailer maps and validate loading procedures • Create Bills of Lading electronically or manually • Respond promptly to Customer Service inquiries • Distribute incoming mail per delivery guidelines Requirements: • 2 to 3 years of experience in administration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Robust oral and written communication skills • Forklift certification or related experience • Ability to manage time and work under pressure Drive efficiency and accuracy in shipping/receiving operations as an Administrator in Whitby. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2njaig
