Marigold Ford Lincoln is seeking a proven Fixed Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our high-volume Service and Parts Departments—among the largest in Ontario. Position Overview: The Fixed Operations Manager at Marigold Ford Lincoln will drive operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development while ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and company standards. What You’ll Do: 1. Leadership & Collaboration - Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Service and Parts teams to deliver exceptional performance and customer experiences. - Work closely with Assistant Service and Parts Managers to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. - Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment across departments and a seamless customer journey. 2. Customer Satisfaction & Retention - Champion an outstanding customer experience across all fixed operations. - Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely, fair, and effective resolution. - Develop and execute strategies that drive customer retention, loyalty, and long-term growth. 3. Operations Management - Oversee day-to-day operations of high-volume Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and quality standards. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement long-term operational strategies that support scalability and efficiency. 4. Financial Management & Performance - Prepare, manage, and review departmental budgets, forecasts, expenses, and overall financial performance. - Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and profitability drivers to support sustained revenue growth and operational success. 5. Safety & Compliance - Ensure full compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements. - Enforce health, safety, and hazardous waste procedures in accordance with Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. - Support dealership initiatives and perform additional duties as required to drive overall success. What You Bring: - Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service and/or parts management; Ford dealership experience preferred. - Strong understanding of fixed operations financials, KPIs, and profitability drivers. - Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and reporting tools; PBS experience is an asset. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume environment. - Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. The estimated total compensation range of $120,000–$170,000 includes potential bonuses and is not guaranteed.
