Job Responsibilities: Identify life insurance opportunities within the existing book of business Procure and develop current leads through proactive outreach and referrals Review, service, and explore existing life insurance policies for additional needs and opportunities Conduct valuebased conversations to educate clients on life insurance solutions Meet and exceed sales targets Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service Qualifications and Experience: HLLQP / LLQP Life License required OTL license preferred Sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills Candidate must be: Selfmotivated Goaloriented Proactive Dependable An effective problem solver Comfortable working independently and within a team workplace Job Type: Fulltime Inoffice: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Compensation & Benefits: Base salary plus commission and bonus structure Expected total compensation range: $50,000 to $200,000 Generous benefits package Paid vacation Limitless income opportunity Growth and development opportunities within the office These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
