Landscape Labourer (Hardscape) (Whitby)

Key Responsibilities - Assist in the construction of patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and other hardscape features. - Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, and compacting soil. - Carry, cut, and lay pavers, stone, and other materials with precision and care. - Mix and pour concrete, ensuring proper leveling and finishing. - Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as compactors, saws, and skidsteers. - Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines. - Maintain a clean and organized job site, following all safety protocols. What We’re Looking For: - Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. - Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. - Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. - A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hands-on work. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
