HHMS is currently seeking the best-suited individual to fill the position of a Registered Early Childhood Educator for the Infant/Toddler level in the 2026-2027 academic year and beyond. Qualifications - Applicants must hold an ECE Diploma and must be a member in good standing of the CECE. - Prior experience in a Montessori setting and/or a Montessori Diploma is nice to have. - Have a valid Standard CPR and First Aid certification and a current Police Reference Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check. - Have a current Health Assessment, including a 2-step TB test, as well as a current Immunization Record. - At least one year of full time child care experience working in a team environment. - A strong commitment to child development and early learning. - Possess excellent behaviour management skills that include problem solving, positive reinforcement and redirection strategies. - Be innovative, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. - Must have valuable oral and written communication skills. - French and/or Spanish is an asset, as are talents in arts and music. - Must have a valid Drivers' License.
