Secondary language, especially in Urdu, Hindi, Cantonese or Tagalog are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Duties - Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base - Engage in retail sales by presenting insurance products and explaining benefits clearly - Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients - Analyze client needs through detailed consultations to recommend suitable life insurance policies - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance services in targeted communities - Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships - Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Qualifications - Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred - Robust communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate deals - Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Bilingual proficiency in English and secondary language is highly desirable - Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships - Experience with telemarketing, marketing strategies, and sales administration is a plus - Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of the insurance industry regulations and compliance standards is advantageous This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and making a positive impact on clients' financial security.
