Become a vital part of the Durham Community Health Centre as a part time Nurse Practitioner at the Youth Wellness Hub. Deliver compassionate, youth-centered care and wellness support with a focus on mental health, substance use, and physical health needs. As the Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will join an inter-skilled team in Oshawa South, working directly with youth facing various health challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass providing clinical care, conducting assessments, and facilitating community-based services. Expect to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with an emphasis on trauma-responsive and culturally appropriate care.
