Equipment Trainer In Whitby Area

Join OSG as an Equipment Trainer and Evaluator, delivering impactful training programs in the Whitby area. This in-person role focuses on mobile equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes. As a part of OSG's training and service delivery team, you will facilitate and evaluate training for operators across various industries. Your solid communication skills and operational experience will enhance learner engagement and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This dynamic position requires travel throughout Southwestern Ontario to provide in-depth training. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate equipment training sessions both virtually and in-person • Conduct practical evaluations on mobile equipment types • Reinforce protected work practices and legislative compliance • Build robust relationships with clients and learners • Complete accurate administrative and training documentation Requirements: • Certification in Forklift, Aerial Work Platform, or Overhead Crane • 1+ years experience in health and safety or training • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation • Comfortable using technology for training • Valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable transport Elevate industry training standards and enhance workplace safety with OSG in the Whitby area.
