You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure every interaction starts off on the right foot. Whether you’re greeting clients in person, answering calls, or supporting internal teams, your professionalism and positivity will shine in every interaction. You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and love working with people. You’ll confidently manage incoming calls, directing clients to the right departments and ensuring no request falls through the cracks. You’ll also provide administrative support to teams across our business to help keep things running smoothly behind thescenes.What you’re amazing at
Creating a welcoming and professional client experience Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone and in person Multitasking in a quick‑paced environment Staying organized while managing multiple requests and priorities Supporting teams with administrative tasks and coordination Being reliable, taking initiative, and jumping in wherever help is neededStaying positive and eager to learn Your qualifications
You’re available to work Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Previous customer service or office experience is an asset, but not required. Where you’ll work
This role is based at our Whitby head office where you’ll be supporting phone and in‑person reception duties and collaborating closely with our team. Come join us
