Project Manager - Condition Assessment
within the Business Advisory group, you will lead projects that evaluate asset performance, identify risks, and support clients in making informed investment and lifecycle decisions, including data integration, management, and visualization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, project delivery, data management, and client advisory in a collaborative and growing practice.

Working with an energetic and high‑performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Lead the planning and delivery of condition assessment projects for infrastructure assets, including pipelines, water/wastewater systems, and related facilities
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to execute field inspections, data collection, technical analyses and presentation
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
Develop and review technical reports outlining asset condition, risks, remaining service life, and recommended actions
Support development of asset management strategies, including rehabilitation and capital planning recommendations
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and trusted advisory support
Contribute to proposal development, including scope definition, methodology, cost estimation, and work breakdown structure involving technology vendors and other subcontractors
Collaborate with internal technical specialists and broader GHD teams to deliver integrated solutions
Manage and analyze project data using advanced Excel functions and Power BI, data validation, and reporting
What you will bring to the team
4–5 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, or asset management within a consulting or related environment
Experience supporting or delivering condition assessment, asset inspection, or infrastructure evaluation projects
Knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle planning concepts
Strong project coordination or project management experience
Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Water Resource or a related discipline
Must have PMP designation
Must have Asset Management designation such as IAM or CAMP
Professional Engineer ( designation or working toward it (., EIT) is an asset
NASSCO (PACP, MACP, LACP) designation is an asset

The salary range for this position is $86,688– $130,032. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
